What You’ll Be Doing?

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Assist in recruitment processes, particularly for software, product, and data teams, helping attract and identify talent in these areas.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees, ensuring smooth communication and support on People-related topics.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a high-performance and inclusive work culture.
• Contribute to people-focused initiatives and projects that enhance the employee experience and embed the BiTaksi culture.
• Implement and follow best practices in HR processes to improve team capabilities.
• Provide support in gathering employee insights and contribute to solutions for people-related challenges.

To join us as a Junior People Partnering Specialist you’ll need:

• 1-2 years of experience within HR or a related field (internship experience is also acceptable).
• Interest or initial experience in recruitment, especially in technology-related roles (e.g., software or data teams).
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility to support the team and meet business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic analytical skills and the ability to work with numbers.
• Fluency in English.
