WinCan is a renowned software company specializing in the development of industry-leading solutions for the management, analysis, and reporting of wastewater infrastructure data. The company's flagship product, WinCan Enterprise Cloud, is a comprehensive inspection and asset management software designed for wastewater and stormwater utilities, as well as inspection organizations.

Position Overview: As a Product Owner at WinCan Poland you will play a crucial role in leading the development and evolution of our cloud-based products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements based on sales and customer feedback, competitive analysis, and technology trends.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and cloud technologies to enhance product capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Cloud Infrastructure teams to define product requirements, specifications, and technical architecture.
• Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Market and Customer Analysis:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and product optimization.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for AI and cloud-based products.

Qualifications:

• Min. 5 years of experience in software product management or related roles, with a focus on web and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders (in Polish and English).

Proven track record of driving product innovation, delivering results, and bringing products to market successfully.

• GIS and asset management education or professional background will be a big advantage.
• Jira and confluence experience is nice to have.
