We are looking for a Planning Development Project Manager;

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to improve production planning, detailed scheduling, demand planning, material planning, S&OP processes, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full, customer service level).
• Develop, implement, and report on strategic projects aimed at enhancing and optimizing planning processes.
• Ensure timely and goal-oriented project completion by effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide in-depth technical expertise in supply chain projects, such as system integrations and process management, to develop solutions.
• Drive the development and implementation of systems for the digitalization of demand-supply-capacity-inventory planning processes.
• Maintain documentation of planning processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgeting and resource planning in alignment with the company's overall strategies.
• Serve as Chief of Staff by providing strategic support to management and monitoring the execution of business plans.
• Create processes integrated with ERP/MRP and other company systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain, demand-supply planning, S&OP management, order management, and related projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management systems and processes.
• Excellent analytical thinking, detail-oriented work discipline, and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as BW, Power BI, and advanced Excel, including pivot tables and reporting.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Expertise and experience in process management, process improvement, and documentation.
• Knowledge of ERP, SAP, Kanban, and other planning systems, with experience in system integration projects.
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven time management skills.
• Open to learning and dedicated to continuous improvement.

Preferences:

• Possession of certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SCOR, S4 Hana, or similar project management qualifications is a plus.
• Experience in Make-to-Order (MTO) production environments is advantageous.
