Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in integrating and applying AI technologies to improve our company’s operations, processes, and outcomes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable value. This role requires a technically skilled professional with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for leveraging AI to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML models and solutions, from prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI use cases.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation.

Data Analysis and Preprocessing

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data to ensure high-quality input for AI models.
• Work with large datasets to uncover insights and patterns that inform AI solutions.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Monitor and fine-tune deployed models to maintain high accuracy and reliability.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

• Partner with business stakeholders to align AI projects with organizational goals.
• Document processes, models, and insights to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development or related roles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, design, or technology is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
