We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Norwegian speaking Program Manager for D365 F&O Roll-out in Norway/Finland.

Language - Norwegian Speaker

Type of hiring - Contract

Project Duration - 6 to 12 months, with the base location in Norway.

Travelling requirement - Occasional travel will be required (Sweden)

Working Model - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Responsible for program that intends to roll-out the global template to markets with as less changes to global template as possible – To work with market, train the trainers and ensure the market adapts to the D365 F&O ERP template during project. Program manager will be supported by another application specialist in Norway or Finland, and remote teams who will support functionally and technically.

• Experience with D365 implementations or ERP implementations and roll-outs
• Working with Change managers on market side for agreement on localizations and training plan to users
• Working with Global team and Change control boards on the central team to ensure local changes are accepted
• Maintaining positive relationships with customer stakeholders
• Identifying customer needs and overseeing delivery within the business context
• Leading the program / project delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
• Managing finances and budgets
• Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
• Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise
• D365 F&O or ERP Implementation experience, with functional or technical knowledge of product
• Develop or update program / project plans which would include information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules
• Submit program / project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Prepare program / project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information / trends
• Establish and execute a program / project communication plan
• Monitor or track program / project milestones and deliverables
• Confer with program / project personnel to identify and resolve problems
• Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel
• Good skills along with the ability to use business support software
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
