Frontend Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and optimization of the company's internal system frontend pages.

• Responsible for building, developing, and optimizing applications on the company's internal low-code platform.

• Develop efficiency engineering platforms to improve business quality and efficiency through tools and process construction.

• Communicate with product managers, designers, and testers to ensure product quality and development speed.

• Continuously refactor and optimize the frontend architecture of internal systems to enhance system stability, scalability, and user experience.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of frontend development experience.

• In-depth understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript and React.

• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React programming, familiar with various frontend debugging tools, able to accurately reproduce design drafts, with good coding style and interface and architecture design capabilities, familiar with JS performance optimization, and skilled in resolving various browser compatibility issues.

• Proficient in using React and understanding its operating mechanism, proficient in using Git, familiar with Node.js and Webpack, and familiar with frontend modularization and frontend engineering.

• Understanding of or project experience in frontend development.

• Rigorous work attitude, strong enthusiasm for technology, excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit, and excellent problem analysis and solving abilities.

Bonus Points:

• Skilled in using tools, understanding, or pursuing engineering efficiency, user experience, program performance, and information security.

• Ability to develop across languages.

• Experience in internal system development (including but not limited to approval processes, HR, payroll, finance, data analysis, etc.).

• Experience in using and developing low-code platforms.
