Legal Counsel

We are seeking a talented individual to join our award-winning Legal team as a Legal Counsel in our London, Ljubljana or Malta office. You will work in an innovative environment within a forward-thinking company at the forefront of the iGaming industry, providing commercial support to the Bragg business globally. Your Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and confidentiality agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Support the management of the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution and renewal, and assist senior colleagues with major contracts.
• Provide legal advice and support to business units, regularly updating senior management on key legal risks.
• Prepare board materials, support corporate secretarial functions, and ensure the integrity of governance frameworks and processes.
• Maintain current legal policies, develop training materials, and conduct workshops to enhance legal awareness within the company.
• Assist senior colleagues with data protection, intellectual property, corporate law, employment, and dispute resolution, as needed.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• 2+ years post-qualification experience as a commercial/media/IP lawyer, preferably in a leading law firm or in-house in the gaming, technology, digital media, or entertainment industry.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Law.
• Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
