Responsibilities:
- Support full-spectrum HR functions including internship programs, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage pre-boarding, onboarding, transfers, and exits to ensure a smooth employee experience. Assist in relocation and transfer matters when needed.
- Oversee day-to-day HR administration, including updating employee profiles in systems.
- Coordinate training programs, ensuring training objectives align with company goals and employee development.
- Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company objectives and comply with regulations.
- Ensure timely communication on staff movements, including preparation of organizational circulars, charts, and announcements.
- Provide timely responses to employee queries on systems, claims, leave, benefits, and other HR-related concerns.
- Manage performance appraisals and support corporate HR initiatives and programs.
- Address employee requests and grievances promptly, fostering positive employee relations and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in full spectrum of HR in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and regulations
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
