Human Resource Executive (MNC)

We are looking for a dynamic individual who challenges the status quo and excels in handling stakeholders to join a leading MNC as a Human Resource Executive. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver with the ability to drive change and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, enhance, and design new HR protocols and processes
• Conduct audit for HR department, assess potential risks, and provide solutions to resolve and minimize any identified challenges
• Work closely with HR and other teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and the implementation of corrective measures
• Keep up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain compliance
• Support various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Key Requirements:

• Degree in human resource, business administration, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, ideally handling policies
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions
