Head of Marketing

Role Overview:

As the Head of Marketing you will lead and oversee the growth and development of the stablecoin ecosystem. You will be instrumental in advancing our new stablecoin system, enhancing governance, fostering community participation, and driving strategic partnerships within the DeFi and blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the evolution of Stablecoin 2.0, focusing on decentralizations, governance, and user benefit sharing by Innovate on revenue-sharing models for end-users, balancing profitability and community engagement.
• Establish governance frameworks and develop community voting mechanisms.
• Foster community growth through incentivization programs and strategic engagement.
• Collaborate with DeFi projects to enhance liquidity and drive adoption.
• Lead the design and launch of a governance token, enabling user participation and incentivization.
• Develop strategies to encourage token adoption and drive ecosystem growth.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to improve WSPN’s public blockchain performance and ecosystem visibility
• Collaborate with Crypto VCs and leverage personal networks to identify and establish partnerships.

Key Qualifications:

• Blockchain Expertise: Deep understanding of stablecoins, DeFi, and governance tokens. Experience with launching and managing blockchain ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies to drive ecosystem adoption and community engagement.
• Networking Skills: Strong personal network in the blockchain, crypto VC, and DeFi spaces. Ability to foster partnerships and leverage connections.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and community members.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, from governance design to stablecoin development and ecosystem partnerships.
