As an expert in your field, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain advanced machine learning models. While experience with generative AI is a plus, we are primarily seeking professionals with a strong foundation in machine learning who are passionate about driving meaningful change.

【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

• Design and Develop Machine Learning Models: Create and deploy machine learning and deep learning models that are robust, efficient, and scalable for production use.
• Production-Level Development: Integrate machine learning models into existing software systems, ensuring seamless deployment and operation in a production setting.
• Scalable Solutions: Architect solutions that can handle large-scale data and high throughput demands, optimizing for performance and resource utilization.
• Statistical Analysis and Modeling: Apply statistical methods to analyze data, validate models, and interpret results to inform decision-making processes.
• Testing and Validation: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests, to ensure model reliability and accuracy.
• Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering: Process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful features that enhance model performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of methodologies, code, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】

＜必須 / Must＞

• Educational Background: Masters's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, particularly in developing and deploying models in production environments.
• Deep Learning Expertise: Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with software development best practices, including version control and code reviews.
• Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience applying statistical tests and methodologies.
• Testing and Validation: Experience implementing rigorous testing frameworks for machine learning models.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Professional Experience: 6+ years of experience in training and deploying Machine Learning Solutions.
• Scalable Systems Experience: Experience designing and implementing scalable machine learning systems that handle large volumes of data and high transaction rates.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), including deploying machine learning models and services in cloud environments.
• DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), orchestration tools (Kubernetes), and cloud-based MLOps frameworks.
• Machine Learning Techniques: Knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques such as knowledge distillation and feature extraction, pre-training, simulations.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, understanding domain-specific challenges and data.
• Generative AI Familiarity: Understanding of generative AI technologies is a plus but not required.
• Continuous Learning: A proactive approach to staying updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and deep learning technologies.

①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.

②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000～100,000yen, based on the Grade)

③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
