Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Enhancement:

Design, configure, and deploy RSA Archer solutions focused on Document Program Management, Compliance Engagement, Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Vulnerability Management. The candidate is expected to assess current implementations, recommend improvements, and execute enhancements to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

Module Management:

• Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of critical Archer modules from initial design to deployment, including ongoing maintenance and upgrades.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business processes into the GRC platform effectively. The candidate must have the capability to produce detailed documentation on configurations, processes, and policies developed within Archer. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring widespread adoption and understanding of Archer functionalities.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 4 years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer, particularly in implementing and managing the specified modules. Certification: Must be an Archer Certified Specialist.

Skills:

Proficient in GRC processes and frameworks. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a regulatory compliance or IT security role. Advanced certifications in related fields (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001).
