Team Lead DevOps

Project Overview:

Join us as a Team Lead DevOps to drive the architecture of a near real-time distributed system used across multiple businesses. Lead a high-impact project shaping our future infrastructure with cutting-edge technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the DevOps team and agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, stand-ups).
• Define and execute long-term infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct infrastructure audits and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for microservices using Jenkins/Tekton.
• Oversee Linux administration (RHEL) and manage production environments with high reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and system issues.
• Automate processes with Groovy, Bash, or Python scripting.
• Manage configuration baselines and environment accessibility.

Mandatory Skills:

• 3+ years of team lead experience.
• Proficiency in Linux (RHEL) and CI/CD pipeline development for microservices.
• Expertise with Java or Scala high-load production systems.
• MongoDB/Oracle cluster management and HelmChart development.
• Strong Bash/Shell scripting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Autosys, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with ELK stack, Kafka/RabbitMQ/TibcoJMS, and Consul for service discovery.

Languages:

• English: B2 (Upper Intermediate)
