AI ML Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with over 5 years of experience to design, build, and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML models to address business challenges.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and integrate ML models into production systems.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support ML projects.
• Monitor deployed models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and contribute to innovation within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with expertise in libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI/ML models.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design end-to-end AI solutions.
• Experience in MLOps and deploying machine learning pipelines in production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV).
• Familiarity with tools like Hugging Face, OpenCV, or similar AI/ML platforms.
• Strong understanding of model interpretability and ethical AI principles.
