We're looking for an Analyst with a strong Healthcare background (pharma, lab, diagnostics) to collaborate with our Healthcare Marketing Analytics team. This role will focus on driving business performance measurement, generating actionable insights, and contributing to strategic discussions, all while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering clear, impactful presentations. Prior experience in consulting for healthcare organizations and working within analytics teams at leading healthcare industry players is a valuable plus.
What you’ll be working on
As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with analytics engineers, answering complex business questions through in-depth analyses and constructing informative dashboards. Your responsibilities will include strategic decision support, advanced analysis techniques, dashboard development, data integration with data engineers, insights presentation, and active engagement in problem-solving and innovation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and formulate data-driven solutions to address key business questions
- Apply advanced statistical methods to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities within the data
- Design and develop interactive dashboards for visual representations of key performance indicators
- Collaborate closely with data engineers to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring a comprehensive and cohesive dataset for analysis
- Take the lead in presenting meaningful insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
- Actively engage in problem-solving activities, leveraging innovative approaches to contribute to the development of creative data solutions
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics & statistics. Masters degree in relevant specification will be first preference.
- Experience of at least 4 - 7 years of analytics, informatics and statistics.
- Experience in product marketing analytics, impact analysis is a plus
- Must have - SQL & Python experience, with exposure to PowerBI
- Good to have – cloud computing, big data, Azure, NLP, ML
