We invite a skilled and motivated Information Security Specialist to join Dev.Pro's Security Team and help strengthen the protection of our company, contractors, and clients. This position requires a responsible, organized individual who will actively contribute to our security monitoring and incident response activities, ensuring enhanced defenses and effective risk management.

✅ Is that you?

• Understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and cybersecurity basics
• Proven experience with security tools (IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus, and vulnerability scanners)
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools and investigating security alerts
• Knowledge of security best practices in any of public cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure), including understanding of IAM, workloads, and keys
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker
• Understanding of common attack vectors and threat actor techniques
• Intermediate+ English level
• Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to develop skills in one or more cybersecurity domains
  
  
  

Desirable:

• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages like Python
• Completed certifications or training programs in cybersecurity, incident response, or related areas
  
  
  

🧩Key Responsibilities And Your Contribution

In this role, you'll help safeguard our systems, identify and address vulnerabilities, and respond promptly to security incidents reported by our contractors in Latin America.

• Respond to alerts generated by the SIEM system
• Process and investigate phishing and email reports
• Resolve EDR (antimalware) alerts and issues
• Participate in the vendor assessment process
• Collaborate closely with Dev.Pro's IT Support and Information Security teams to ensure effective security operations
• Document security activities and incidents for future analysis
