About the role:

As our Analytics & Finance Specialist (Remote), you will directly shape how we make data-driven decisions that impact all areas of our business ranging from sales all the way to operations. You will also help spearhead the development of more streamlined financial processes to help budget and track how we deploy capital resources as we grow:

• Analytics and Data Visualisation Wizard:
• Prepare, transform, and connect large datasets originating from various sources using Tableau and other tools to help teams efficiently and effectively understand all areas of the business.
• Optimize and manage dataflows that feed into Tableau and other tools to help gather, clean, and maintain datasets in data warehouses.
• Build dashboards that analyse data so that meaningful insights can be communicated using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Finance Strategist:
• Leverage a strong understanding of financial principles (or similar) to ensure accuracy and efficiency across our financial processes.
• Manage and oversee financial tasks like payouts, settlements, reconciliations, forecasting, and budgeting.

You’re a right fit if you:

• Hustle. You have entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, and willingness to roll up your sleeves. You must be ready to take initiative on getting projects off the ground as you will chart the course of how we leverage data insights (required)
• Can demonstrate expert understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g. advanced functions) (required)
• Can demonstrate expert understanding of data querying for advanced analysis (e.g. advanced manipulation) (required)
• Familiarity with Hubspot (preferred)
• Have a STEM or Commerce degree (preferred)
• Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively and efficiently (preferred)
