Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master's/Ph.D.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable data science solutions.
• Expertise in ML frameworks, big data technologies, and data visualization tools.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
