SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

HSPI S.p.A., a leader in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager with at least 7 years of experience in the role, to support the expansion and strengthening of its Rome office staff.

Main Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the client’s Application and Systems Management unit in the following activities:

• Preparing the necessary documentation for the procurement of IT goods and services, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Managing projects related to procurement contracts, ensuring adherence to the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023).
• Coordinating and monitoring the client’s work groups, both for contract-driven projects and internal improvement initiatives.
• Drafting and periodically updating the spending budget (Capex and Opex) with cost analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Producing monthly management reports summarizing the unit's activities and the progress of acquisitions and projects.
  
  
  

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the Public Administration procurement process for IT goods and services, from needs definition to contract execution.
• Solid experience in managing IT projects in accordance with the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023).
• Advanced budgeting skills, including cost analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Ability to periodically present project results and progress.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint (expert level), and Word (expert level).
