About The Role And The Team

We are looking to hire an experienced FP&A colleague to be part of our Financial Planning & Analysisteam within Finance Department, who will be working with operational and revenue data. As a unit we are responsible for running planning, controlling and reporting to C-level leaders and conducting various decisions enabling business analysis.

• Analyze historical and current operational and revenue data
• Monitor company performance by detecting and analyzing variations between actual, budgeted and last year figures
• Prepare reports and presentations to the Management, Board, and Audit Committee
• Support in annual budget preparation process
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support organizational decision making
• Provide relevant and professional business advice across the organization on revenue and costs
• Present outcomes of analysis, modelling, and other tasks to the Management and other stakeholders
• Participate in cross-functional projects by providing financial data and analysis

• A higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Several years’ work experience within Finance
• Strong data analysis skills – ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
• Good communication skills – ability to deliver the message and to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, data entry, and analysis
• Proficiency in using MS office and in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent English skills (both verbal/written)
