Job Description

As a Demand Specialist, you'll manage the talent pipeline efficiently, ensuring that client requests for specific profiles are met promptly, either through internal resources or external recruitment. Ensures the right profiles to each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and prioritise client needs: This includes collaborating with sales to gather requirements, prioritising requests, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Source and match consultants: Identify and screen potential candidates through various channels, prepare them for interviews, and present them to clients.

  • Facilitate the placement process: Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and help close deals, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and consultants.

  • Ensure successful delivery: Oversee contract compliance, manage replacements if needed, and maintain ongoing communication with clients and consultants.
  • Maintain records and reporting: Keep track of candidate information, placements, and resourcing activities, providing regular reports to management.


Qualifications


  • Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or any other equivalent/relevant field.

  • General Experience in managing teams, preferably in a Time & Materials business environment or a related industry.     

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Collaborative team player.

  • Experience in the IT sector in which the company operates can be a significant advantage;

  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and internal processes.

  • Capability to speak, understand, read and write English at a professional level.
