As a Cyber Security DevSecOps Specialist, you will play a key role in securing our digital products and enhancing cyber security practices across international teams.

What you'll do:

• Assist DevOps teams in embedding security into digital products from the ground up.
• Drive improvements in cyber security maturity within digital environments.
• Foster a security-first mindset, providing support, advice, and training to colleagues.
• Collaborate with global teams to integrate security controls in the product development lifecycle.
• Adopt emerging technologies such as AI to proactively enhance cyber defenses.

What we need:

• Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Practical experience with DevSecOps and Cloud Security, especially Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with tools like SAST, DAST, SCA, and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with international stakeholders.
• Experience with security assessments, risk management, and legacy application security.

Nice to have:

• Certifications like CEH, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, GSEC, or DevSecOps.
