As the Community Manager at Unicast.ai, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a thriving community of Web3 professionals, developers, and enthusiasts. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and organizing events that showcase Unicast.ai's unique value proposition in the Web3 recruitment space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community growth strategies across various platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc.)
• Create and curate engaging content that resonates with the Web3 community
• Organize and host virtual and physical events, including AMAs, workshops, and meetups
• Manage and moderate community channels, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment
• Gather feedback from the community to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall brand strategy
• Identify and engage with key opinion leaders and influencers in the Web3 space
• Track and report on community metrics and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in the Web3 or tech industry
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the Web3 ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong social media management skills across various platforms
• Experience in organizing and hosting both virtual and physical events
• Ability to create engaging written and visual content
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret community data and metrics
• Passionate about decentralized technologies and their potential impact
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with community management tools and analytics platforms
