We are looking for an experienced legal assistant to join our team in Geneva. You will be responsible for streamlining and running our legal administration in order to allow our Web3 legal practice to grow.

⚡️ Reponsibilities:


Legal Support (80%)

  • Organize and manage both online and physical legal documents, including deliverables, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of legal filings. The ability to proofread or edit documents, particularly in French, and familiarity with Swiss and Geneva-specific administrative procedures is a plus.
  • Assist in managing time tracking for all billing lawyers and paralegals.
  • Coordinate with paralegals and researchers to ensure efficient workflow and case management.
  • Optimize the department’s billable time and act as a project manager when needed.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Suite, Asana, Notion, ChatGPT, and general comfort with technology is a must.


Office Management (20%)

  • Assist with the operation of the co-working office space, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Handle incoming sensitive mail and distribute it appropriately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing calendars, and organizing meetings and events.


⚡️ Job Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a legal assistant or office manager in a law firm. Project management or legal operations experience is a strong plus.
  • Education: Completing a formal legal administration, legal operations, or paralegal certification is a strong plus. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Asana, and Notion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.


Language: Fluent in English; professional proficiency in French.


While detailed Web3 knowledge is not necessary, familiarity with technical subjects, finance, software, and the intersection of digital and physical law is beneficial.


This role is designed to support both the legal and administrative functions of the firm, ensuring smooth operations and efficient legal support. Flexibility and the ability to step into a project management role when needed are highly valued.
