How You Will Make An Impact

Our program is designed to give you the chance to make a true impact on our business. As an IT Intern, you will have a direct impact on our business and will be involved with the following work.

• Responding to request for IT assistance and support.
• Creating and/or updating public facing technical documentation.
• Support IT department with continuous improvement project initiatives.
  
  

Role

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Applicants must be enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree program at an accredited institution pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Prior work experience in any industry.
• Fluent in English and local language where applicable.
• Must be proficient in MS Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  
  

Preferred

• Kowledge of Active Directory, FreshService, and Intune is helpful
• Experience troubleshooting computer and mobile device issues
• Candidate has completed at least one full year of college or university studies; higher preference to rising Juniors or Seniors.

Your role is in Tumba, Stockholm, located in the historic area of Tumba Bruk, five minutes walking distance from the train station, 30 km south of Stockholm and about 20 minutes from Stockholm Central Station. Tumba is a small suburb in an area with different cultures from all corners of the world. The area offers a beautiful landscape and rural feel. You can spend the day exploring the shopping center nearby, enjoying the surrounding nature, or taking the train into Stockholm City to enjoy the many restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and strolling through the beautiful Old Town.
