We’re currently looking for a talented Go Developer to join an exciting project—100% remote. You’ll be part of an ambitious team building a next-gen cloud communications platform that handles massive volumes of real-time data. You’ll work on high-performance, distributed systems that power solutions used by global leaders like Airbnb, Viber, and WhatsApp. This project will give you the chance to work on both greenfield and existing systems, leveraging the latest technologies and solving complex problems.

Your tasks

• Developing and maintaining highly concurrent, distributed systems using Golang, ensuring performance and reliability across multiple services
• Optimizing performance and diagnosing issues, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring scalability under increased loads
• Designing, developing, and testing new features, ensuring high availability and robustness while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Contributing to the release process, including documentation, testing, and providing post-release support as part of an on-call rotation
• Defining coding standards and development processes, driving improvements in software quality, and supporting continuous delivery within the remote team
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Golang, specializing in developing enterprise-scale systems
• Strong background in designing and maintaining highly concurrent, distributed systems, ensuring scalability and performance
• Experience building and optimizing REST/HTTP-based services for high performance, along with expertise in containerized applications and deployment
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS and tools such as Kubernetes - nice to have
• Fluency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate within a global, remote team
