This product provides the data and applications to make strategic decisions aligning project

portfolios with business strategy, execute projects and assess strategic execution. This product

also enables diversification of risk across the project portfolio while supporting delivery of

planned project outcomes. It includes the coordination of various development projects within

and across LCTs, and utilization of resources (financial, human, technical, etc.) to maximize

overall project delivery performance.

Responsibilities for the position:

Data engineers play a key role in data harmonization, which is the process of making data from

different sources and formats more usable and valuable

Reconcile data from different sources and formats into a standardized format

Have some knowledge of Project and Program management activities

Required technologies and skills:

He/She will be responsible for acquiring, storing, transforming, and managing data. He/She

needs to understand database management systems (DBMSs) and how to use them efficiently

Other Needs for Resource Consideration:

Familiar Roche DIA related databases, but it is not a must

Operates in Roche Google environment
