Responsibilities

• Enhance organization-wide IT security awareness by implementing targeted training programs and addressing knowledge gaps.
• Oversee Information Security Management System (ISMS) audits, including coordination, response management, and action tracking.
• Conduct simulated phishing campaigns to improve cybersecurity resilience.
• Ensure adherence to ISO27001 standards and Cybersecurity Code of Practice requirements.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures in line with regulations like PDPA, Cybersecurity Act, and EMA regulations.
• Regularly review IT system access and perform compliance checks to ensure control effectiveness.
• Coordinate IT audit activities and track audit action items.
• Conduct periodic IT audits to maintain alignment with established standards.
• Lead a team of IT personnel to maintain 24/7 operational excellence, ensuring cost efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop and enforce processes to safeguard data integrity and system security.
• Oversee the IT budgeting process in collaboration with Finance, tracking expenditures against allocated budgets.
• Manage purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and procurement-related documentation.
• Track and manage IT assets, licenses, contracts, and maintenance renewals.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in IT
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives, foster collaboration, and build consensus across teams.
• Hands on experience in IT Security, Governance
• Strong background in IT Infrastructure, cloud computing, and large-scale project implementation.
• Self-motivated, hands-on professional with excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• This role is open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
