Program Manager


We are seeking an organized and proactive Program Manager to support our HVAC Center of Excellence (CoE) team. In this role, you will play a vital support function, working closely with the CoE team to track the progress of various projects, including those in project delivery, product development, and innovation research. Your role will focus on coordination, resource alignment, and documentation to ensure smooth progress across all HVAC initiatives within the CoE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Support and Coordination:

• Assist in tracking and managing the progress of various CoE initiatives, ensuring alignment with CoE objectives.

• Coordinate with different teams to facilitate resource allocation, scheduling, and timelines across projects.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for each project, including status reports, milestones, and any arising issues.

• Provide regular updates to the CoE Leader on program status, highlighting any potential risks or areas needing attention.

3. Stakeholder Coordination:

• Serve as a liaison between project teams and the CoE leadership, promoting effective communication and ensuring alignment with overall program goals.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support knowledge sharing and enhance project efficiencies.

4. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving CoE processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

• Support the implementation of best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management approaches within the CoE.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Program or Project Coordination Experience:

• Experience in a project or program support role, ideally within the HVAC or smart building fields.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking and managing project information.

2. Understanding of HVAC Concepts:

• Familiarity with HVAC systems and industry processes is preferred but not mandatory.

3. Strong Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating smooth information flow between teams and leadership.

• Ability to present updates and information clearly and concisely to different stakeholders.

4. Technical Tools and Documentation:

• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools (e.g., Air table or similar).

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating reports and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Center of Excellence (CoE) or similar support-focused role.
