Job Summary

Seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex projects within the healthcare industry, managing multiple work streams across different regions. The role requires rapid adaptation, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong track record in project and program management, with a preference for experience in healthcare product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
• Maintain the RAID log and ensure clear communication with all levels of management and the project team.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in both waterfall/hybrid and agile environments.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines and deliverables.
• Utilize and communicate technical aspects of projects to all stakeholders.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Proficient in MS Teams, MS Suite, and MS Project Professional.
• Experience in project planning and stakeholder management.
• Ability to quickly adapt and ramp up in new environments.
  
  

Domain Experience

• Exposure to the Healthcare or Medical industry is required.
  
  

Ideal candidates must possess a BA/BS degree along with 8+ years of project management experience, including significant program management experience. PMP certification is strongly preferred.
