Position: Data Science - Data Scientist/ Senior Data Scientist

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / M. Tech

Experience: 2-6 years (full time, excluding internships)

Notice period: Immediate-30days (only NP serving candidates)

Key Technologies/ Stack

● SQL

● Python

● ML Algorithms - Scikit, Tree based Algorithms

● Experience in forecasting, recommender systems, route

optimization, supply chain planning, or related areas is highly

desirable.

Nice to have

● Tensorflow / Pytorch

● Generative AI

● Docker, Kubernetes, Devops

● Web API Development , Javascript, HTML / CSS

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Drives the vision, design, strategy, and implementation of smart, innovative Data based

solutions to optimize business processes.

● Create innovative solutions and IP for the organization.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to

drive business solutions.

● Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models for

predictive and prescriptive analytics.

● Analyze large, complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform

business decisions.

● Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and improve model performance.

● Tackles high-level challenges and balances quality software with speed.

● Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and

compelling data visualizations and presentations.

Skill Sets:

● Up to date with BigData, Data Science, AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, developments

and innovations.

● Good Computer Science fundamentals on Data structures, algorithms, handling

mathematics and statistics.

● Experience in forecasting, recommender systems, route optimization, supply chain

planning, or related areas is highly desirable.

● Good understanding of Software design and engineering practices.

● Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Tableau) and SQL databases.

● Sharp analytical skills and problem solving attitude.

● High levels of creativity and teamwork culture.

● Continuous Learning- willingness to continuously learn and grow.

● Communication: Appropriate and effective communication to others, articulate your
