Golang Developer - Contract Role

Job Title: Senior Golang Developer (Contract)

Location: Remote

Contract: Outside IR35, Initial 3 months

Rate: £550-600 per day

Ideally now need people available immediately or on very short notices to start ASAP!

Job Description:

We also have a Senior Golang Developer role available with a global-leading financial services and payments company

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Golang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable solutions.
• Work on the integration and optimization of Kafka, Prometheus, and Kubernetes.
• Utilize your expertise in SQL to manage and optimize databases.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Terraform.
• Leverage cloud services, with a preference for AWS, to enhance application performance and scalability.

Technical Skillset:

• Proficiency in Golang.
• Experience with Kafka, Prometheus, and Kubernetes.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Terraform.
• Cloud services experience, ideally with AWS and if not GCP or Azure.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the payments industry.
