Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in the F&B industry, with hands-on experience in restaurant operations or management.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Functional Lead for restaurant or hospitality software solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, scheduling tools, and other restaurant tech solutions.
- Understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and UX principles.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
