Information Security Analyst

We've been retained by one of the largest Crypto companies in Europe to help them hire an Information Security Analyst / CyberSecurity Analyst to join the team.

In this role, you will develop, maintain, and implement information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for IT and Information Security. In addition, you will ensure that security procedures are followed and you are able to follow up on any non-conformities with the relevant teams. It’s essential this person can work with Risk, Internal Audit and Compliance on a number of security issues or compliance requirements.

The role 👇

• Develop and improve information security policies, procedures and standards.
• Review audits and help plan remediation of findings
• Support the management of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST etc.
• Manage cyber risk and update control status
• Work with GRC tools to manage cyber frameworks and control effectiveness
• Third-party risk
• Experience working with regulators a bonus

Experience Required

• 2-4 years experience in an information security (or similar) role where you've been responsible for a number of the responsibilities mentioned in the bullets above (typically an information security analyst / GRC analyst / information security officer type role
• Cybersecurity experience is a must
• Experience of audits
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST etc

The company are specifically looking for someone who is either at junior or medior level within an information security officer type role (or very similar). If you're someone who is already at Senior level or a medior going to Senior, this is not the right role. However, if you are a junior or medior, you'll work directly with the CISO of one of the largest crypto exchanges in the world who will actively develop you 👍
