Position Overview:

We are seeking an AI Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote opportunity, open to candidates worldwide, who are passionate about leveraging AI to transform the financial industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deploy AI models tailored to fintech applications.
• Preprocess, analyze, and extract insights from financial data.
• Collaborate remotely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with platform goals.
• Research and apply advanced AI techniques to enhance user experience and platform functionality.
• Ensure AI models adhere to ethical standards, are explainable, and comply with financial regulations.
• Continuously refine models based on performance data and user feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven AI solutions.
• Expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about AI applications in finance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• A passion for fintech and a keen interest in improving how people access finance.
