Civil Construction firm seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Geelong

Your new company

This civil firm has been growing from strength to strength over the past 4 years, and due to winning a significant amount of new work, are looking to expand their team with a civil Project Manager. They are paying between $140k - $180k + Super for this opportunity.

Your new role

You will be required to;

• Demonstrate proven budget and financial control of previously delivered projects
• Take ownership and drives trades and contractors to completion
• Excellent understanding of variations, RFI's, creating scope of works, contractor management
• Work from the Geelong office, site visits expected
• Proven experience of project and cost planning throughout delivery

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to demonstrate;

• Minimum 7-10 years industry experience
• Project Management experience of at least 2 years
• Proven delivery of civil (groundworks) projects up to $5m
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player, dedicated, and driven, as well as exceptional people management skills
