Senior PMO Analyst

Our client is a financial services organization looking for a Senior PMO Analyst, playing a crucial role in supporting our major strategic program of work, including upgrading investment data and analytics capability, driving efficiency and productivity improvements. Additionally, the role will be responsible for managing multiple strategic projects, overseeing changes across the business, and leading communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and adoption to project frameworks and governance
• Provide analysis and coordination of portfolio level tracking against performance indicators
• Support a high-performance team environment and provide excellent customer service
• Provide PMO support to Program and/or Project Manager as required
• Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
• Project Methodologies and Frameworks
• Document & Content Management
• Stakeholder Management

Skills and Competencies:

• Qualified professional with relevant experience and project management certification
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, PowerBI, Confluence & Objective
• Extensive PMO experience with business analysis responsibilities
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and work effectively to demanding deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to form constructive relationships
• Confident, enthusiastic, and positive approach
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as a team member
• Adaptable and open to adopting the project management approach and methodology of the organisation
