Title - Gen AI Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the chief product owner, engaging closely with stakeholders to gather their requirements and translating them into actionable and effective product features.

- Work hand-in-hand with the teams responsible for the foundational AI models to ensure seamless integration and customization for specific business applications.

- Maintain constant communication with the cross-functional team and stakeholders, necessitating frequent on-site presence at the manufacturing facility near Brussels, Belgium.

- Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the agile team to keep the project aligned with its goals and to ensure consistent delivery of value.

- Take an active role in technical evaluations and interviews, contributing to the selection and recruitment of new team members to strengthen the project team as required.

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3-5 years in a product owner role, with a preference for candidates who have experience in enterprise-level AI projects within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical sectors.

- A proven history of steering agile teams and successfully executing AI/ML projects.

- A strong understanding of generative AI technologies and prompt engineering, coupled with a solid grasp of financial modeling.

- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the unique challenges of operating within a regulated environment.

- Proficiency in Agile/SAFe methodologies and associated tools.

- Excellent communication abilities and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.

- The capacity to work flexibly within European time zones, adhering to a standard 9am-5pm working schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in Agile/SAFe frameworks are highly advantageous.

- Previous experience with the deployment or management of large language models (LLMs) is desirable.

- A background in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries will be looked upon favorably.

Tools and Skills:

- Agile/Scrum management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

- AI/ML platforms and frameworks relevant to generative AI

- Stakeholder management software or CRM tools

- Proficiency in office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
