This role is with an Irish-founded company recognised globally for its pioneering work in the safety and security technology sector. At the forefront of innovation, they design intelligent, user-centric solutions that safeguard communities.

As a Principal Software Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of designing and delivering scalable, high-performance applications using React and cutting-edge front-end technologies.

You’ll lead and inspire a talented team of 10 engineers, ensuring the delivery of intuitive user interfaces that define and enhance the user experience. Your role will be pivotal in steering technical direction, setting best practices, and delivering exceptional software solutions from conception to deployment.

You will:

• Develop sustainable codes.
• Take technical ownership of frontend applications.
• Decision maker on the Greenfield projects.
• Set up full frontend architecture.

Skills / Experience:

• Degree in STEM (BSc, MSc, or PhD) with at least 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in REACT, and experience leading greenfield projects.

Salary / Remuneration: €90,000 - €105,000 – 10% Bonus, Pension, Health insurance
