Retail Marketing Manager

Connexus are delighted to be supporting one of the most recognised Irish retail brands in the country on their search for a Retail Marketing Manager to join their team.

Reporting directly into their Head of Marketing and leading an inhouse team of two, this role will take responsibility and ownership across all aspects of instore marketing and seasonal campaign planning across 30+ stores around the country.

Please note that this role will operate on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the office and will also require regular travel to stores around the country. A full license and your own transport is essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, print, and delivery of all in-store communications and campaigns.
• Manage and develop a dynamic team, ensuring excellence across 30+ stores nationwide.
• Innovate retail media and in-store POS solutions, delivering customer-centric strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
• Oversee shopper marketing for store refits and new concepts using customer insights.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in retail marketing within a large retailer or FMCG.
• Proven expertise in design and delivery of in-store marketing, POS, displays etc.
• Strong understanding of customer shopping experience, behavior and retail operations.
• Proven leadership experience with strong capacity to manage two direct reports
• Budget management and campaign delivery experience.
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and efficiency.
