Senior AI Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our Data&AI Studio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in AI applications, and will play a key role in deploying AI models in production environments. This role requires close collaboration with data scientists and machine learning engineers to create advanced solutions that enhance our AI capabilities and support business growth.

You will get the chance to:

Deploy and manage AI models in production environments, ensuring reliability and optimal performance;
Design and develop user interfaces and front-end systems that facilitate AI functionality;
Integrate and manage various data sources to support AI operations, ensuring data integrity and accessibility;
Create and maintain APIs for seamless interaction between system components, enhancing infrastructure integration;
Develop scalable frameworks for AI model deployment within the company infrastructure.

What will help you succeed:

At least 5 years in software development, with a minimum of 2 years focused on AI-related projects;
Demonstrated experience in a senior or leadership role, with the ability to mentor junior team members and lead complex projects;
Advanced proficiency in Python and/or Java;
Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and generative AI tools such as LangChain or Langraph;
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and MLOps;
Proven ability to work effectively with data scientists and machine learning engineers in multidisciplinary teams;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to delivering high-quality solutions;
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI solution deployment;
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for managing AI applications;
Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines for an efficient, automated workflow;
Fluent English.
