We are looking for an intern to join our software team in Delft. You will have a challenging (graduation) internship in renewable energy to apply your academic knowledge and gain valuable working experience. You will contribute to our simulation, flight dynamics and/or control expertise by taking on a project that will directly impact the main product of the company.

What will you do?

• Replace the current 32-bit Siemens Profinet drivers with a modern version.
• Design, configure, and implement communication between the drivers and our existing system.
• Test and verify the implementation on testing hardware.
• Deploy the implementation on production hardware.

Who are we looking for?

• Proficiency in C++.
• Experience with Linux.
• Knowledge of networking.
• Skills in hardware communication.
• Expertise in low-level programming.
• Familiarity with industrial automation.
• Understanding of Siemens/Profinet systems.
• A problem-solving and curious mindset.
