As Manager Project's and portfolio, you will lead and manage the projects department to a next level. The team was re-established 2 years ago and is in an excellent flow. As leader, your job now is to take the results to an even higher level.

The Emmen site is among Envalior's key larger sites and has a long-standing tradition. In the coming years a considerable amount will be invested annually to improve the assets and introduce new technologies.

You will assure that the projects are executed according to the Improve Plant / Small Projects workprocesses and secure excellent Project Management.

Your key areas of accountability/responsibility are{​{:}

• Coach and give direction to the project team allowing them to maximize their development and performanc
e
• Manage projects according to Envalior requirements, in order to ensure that the project objectives, deliverables and milestones are met, within the agreed budget, timing, SHE and quality standards. Responsible for translating handed over scopes and "business needs" to a project approac
h
• Responsible for the preparation, planning, execution and close out of Small Projects according to Envalior work process. Also Large Capital Projects can be part of the scop
e
• Define/implement and report specific performance indicators and periodical reporting of actual performance against these indicators, in order to facilitate (timely) decision takin
g
• Responsible for the overall project portfoli
o
• Manage multidisciplinary external parties, delivering resources, consultancy and/or service
s
• Manage the expectations of the (internal) customer by defining and managing a project communication plan, in order to ensure that adequate information is provided timely to the relevant stakeholder
s
• Is responsible to work in accordance with the SHE and Q requirements. E.g., Life Saving Rule
