Findmore Consulting S.A. is a company specialized in Information Technologies founded in 2006 and with more than 400 consultants. Our services include infrastructure and cloud, software development and agility where contribute to major projects in Portugal and Europe. We're looking for talented, purpose-driven people to join our teams! Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, & risk registers:
- Participating in functional workshops & management meetings;
- Coordinate project team activities & monitor their deliverables to ensure the project execution;
- Tracking project milestones, deadlines, & key performance indicators;
- Providing support to the PM & project team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars & preparing presentations;
- Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, & senior management;
- Supporting the implementation of project management methodologies & tools. Requirements:
- 5 years experience in project management or project management Support;
- Experiences in processes/applications dedicated to HR Payroll & Time systems, especially Success Factors, is a plus;
- Excellent organization, with great oral & written communication Critical thinking & proactivity. Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English;
- Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
- Customer focus and service delivery;
- Availability to work in EU. ; Localização
