The Opportunity

As we continuously striving for growth, transformation, digitalization and automation of our operations, we seek for a visionary Director of Technology Services, to drive an Agile and Lean approach of all IT processes and area of responsibility, in coordination with the rest of the company.

What We Need

If you have experience working for large service organizations within an international setting (500+ employees), expertise in agile methodologies; ongoing developments & improvements of technology processes, systems, platforms and payment methods, and you believe in the power of technology to reshape business, we want you on our team.

We are looking for an inspirational & experienced leader as a Director of Technology Services with a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in the management of technology departments in companies with infrastructure area and in new technology development projects, preferably with a team of internal developers.

• You will be responsible for Developing the technology strategy in coherence with the group guidelines and aligned with the strategic objectives of KRUK S.L.U Spain; whilst encouraging collaboration, innovation and Agile approach to projects.
• Lead the development, infrastructure and information security teams, ensuring that there is the knowledge, guiding and inspiring your team in continuously updating their knowledge and skills to improve the effectiveness of technology projects.
• Prepare and supervise the technology investment budget and the budget of the Information Technology area.
• Ensure the highest level of protection for KRUK España SLU in terms of cybersecurity and information security.
• Anticipate, manage and monitor risks that may arise in terms of projects, infrastructure, equipment, systems, security, ensuring compliance with local and group regulations.
