Your Role as Lean/Continuous Improvement Project Manager

  • Lead and manage moderate to complex cross-functional lean projects that have a significant long-term impact on the company's strategy and financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify key improvement areas in operational performance, including productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Analyse current workflows and processes, offering recommendations to streamline operations and enhance manufacturing standards.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to identify capability gaps, set priorities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
  • Facilitate training and workshops on Lean Six Sigma methodologies to embed a culture of lean thinking within the organisation.
  • Develop business metrics that support data-driven decision-making to achieve organisational goals.



Experience and Qualifications for the Lean/Continuous Improvement Project Manager Role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Black Belt certification in Lean or Six Sigma (minimum Green Belt required).
  • At least 6 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect and synthesise data to drive performance enhancements.
  • Experience with strategy implementation through Policy Deployment.
  • Proficiency in Lean tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Multilingual capability preferred, with proficiency in French being highly advantageous.
