Your day to Day

The Assurance domain is part of Digital Network & OSS. Within this organisation, we are developing and configuring Software that is supporting to manage out Fault Management Systems.
As a Scrum Master you will :moderate the daily standup calls with the team and ensure the regular Scrum events ;ensure the collaboration within the team to deliver ;support the team to overcome obstacles which block the team to deliver; coach the team in line with the Scrum principles

You will promote Scrum Principles: Ensuring the team understands and applies Scrum principles and values
You will facilitate Scrum Events: Moderating all Scrum events like daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
You will remove impediments: Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress
You will coach and mentor: Coaching the team and organization in agile practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
You will enhance Team Effectiveness: Working to maximize the team's effectiveness and ensuring they can deliver valuable increment

With These Skills You Are a Great Candidate

You will have close interworking with the product manager
You have professional presentation of the project / delivery results up to the Senior Management of the main department.
You will have communication and interaction with the management team inside and outside own department.
Scrum Certified; obtain certifications like CSM or PSM.
Strong soft communication skills to guide a Scrum team and lead Scrum events regularly.
Open to seek feedback
Continous learning to stay updated with the latest Scrum practices.
Continous sharing to help others to reinforce your own skills.
