We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Senior Specialist. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.


Requirements:


  • General understanding and hands-on experience on ServiceNow and/or one of these ITSM tools: BMC Software, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, Atlassian, Freshdesk.
  • Understanding of one or more scripting languages: JavaScript, AngularJS, React Node.js, Python,
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for integration with external systems.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms: e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud,
  • Experience with Customer Service Management tools: e.g. Salesforce, Jira Service Desk,
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure / Networking is an added advantage,
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management,
  • ITIL V3 or V4 foundation or higher is preferred,
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – preferred,
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Discovery – preferred.
  • The role will be based in Istanbul, but the work will be carried out with global Deloitte offices and clients, thus fluent English is a must.
  • Good communication, written and documentation skills to gather requirements from customers, process owners and cross platform teams.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience,

  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing to the priorities of the team and the business,

  • Participate in internal or customer meetings, adding value as and when required.
