Talent Acquisition Manager / Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager / Assistant Manager to join our HR team. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

- Assist in creating and refining job descriptions to ensure they attract qualified candidates aligned with the company’s culture and values

- Analyze hiring data and generate insights to optimize recruitment strategies, processes, and candidate quality

- Prepare recruitment reports and analyses and present them to management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience as an Recruiter or in a similar role

-Specially experienced in banking sector

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical professionals

- Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint

-Strong English verbal and written communication skills
