Job Description

At STX Next, we're a fast-growing, innovative company with a global presence. We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of our financial accounting activities, support strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing.
• Lead the creation and management of financial annual and interim reporting, aligning them with organizational processes and proactively identifying potential risks.
• Analyze financial results and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Participate in long-term planning, forecasts, and budgeting processes, contributing to the organization's strategic direction.
• Develop and maintain business support tools and reports using Power BI and advanced analytical skills.
• Collaborate in external and internal audit processes, ensuring compliance and transparency.
• Work closely with the Controlling and Accounting teams to streamline processes and enhance financial management.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with diverse stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
• Support subsidiaries and other organizational units with accounting and reporting expertise.
• Participate in and lead ad hoc projects, driving innovation and process improvement.
• Grow professionally in a global, innovative, and dynamic organization, collaborating with high-performing colleagues.
  
  

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and reporting systems skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• A passion for innovation and problem-solving using technology and technical expertise.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
